摘要
针对目前方舱内部分结构件安装过程复杂以及不能随意安装问题,采用双组分丙烯酸胶粘剂将新型紧固件粘接固定在舱内,替代原先预先安装埋铁。同时对这种粘接样件进行力学强度、高低温性能、耐盐雾性能和耐冲击性能试验。试验结果表明,其紧固件和胶粘剂具有优异的耐高低温、耐盐雾和耐冲击性能。
As the equipments in shelter cannot be optionally installed and the process is complicat- ed, a bi-component acroleic acid glue is used to bond the new tighten firmware on the panel for substituting the preinstall techniques. The experiments of mechanical intensity, high and low temperature, anti-salt and anti-fog and shock-resisting performances are performed. Experimen- tal results show that the installation mode can meet the above requirements.
