郑州地区甜瓜白粉病菌生理小种鉴定 被引量:9

摘要 采用孢子悬浮液喷雾法对国际公认的 13 个甜瓜白粉病生理小种鉴别寄主进行接种,根据抗感反应,初步确定 Sphaerotheca fuliginea 小种 1 为郑州地区甜瓜白粉病致病生理小种。 Thirteen internationally accepted melon host differentials were used to reveal the race differentiation of melon powdery mildew pathogen by spore spray method.Our result showed that race 1 of Sphaerotheca fuliginea was the dominant race caused melon powdery mildew in Zhengzhou.
