摘要
通过力学性能试验和HITACHIS-3400N系列电子扫描设备(SEM)的微观结构表征,对聚丙烯纤维在EPS混凝土中的作用机理进行了初步研究。试验结果表明,聚丙烯纤维能够增强EPS-水泥基体过渡层的强度。聚丙烯纤维掺量为1.3~2.0kg/m3时,能够显著提高EPS混凝土的抗压强度,同时获得较好的工作性能。
The reinforced mechanism of the polypropylene fiber added in EPS concrete is researched,based on mechanical experiments and characterization of microstructure by the Scanning Electron Microscopy with HITACHIS-3400N.The results show that polypropylene(PP) fiber can increase bonding strength at the matrix-inclusion interface.When the mixing amount of PP fiber is 1.3~2.0kg/m3,the compressive strength of EPS concrete is improved significantly,and the good work performance is obtained.
