摘要
通过试验分析了水胶比、玻璃粉、养护条件对超高性能水泥基材料抗压强度的影响,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)来探究玻璃粉对硬化浆体微观形貌及水化产物影响的微观机理。试验结果表明,超高性能水泥基材料的强度随水胶比的减小而增大;玻璃粉掺入超高性能水泥基材料中,不仅具有填充作用,还能发生火山灰反应,进而改善超高性能水泥基材料的微结构,提高其性能;高温蒸养可显著提高超高性能水泥基材料的强度。
The effects of water-binder ratio,glass powder and curing condition on the compressive strength of ultrahigh performance cement-based materials are studied by a lot of tests,and its microscopic mechanism of effects of glass powder on the micro-morphology of hardened paste and hydration products is investigated by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The testing results show that the strength of ultra-high performance cement-based material increases with the decrease of water-binder ratio.The glass powder has filling effect and pozzolanic effect which can be used as admixtures,and it can improve microstructure and properties of ultra-high performance cement-based materials.And the high temperature steam curing can obviously improve its strength.
