洛阳作为著名的古都,其历史文化意象正在衰退,城市形象遭受重挫,必须重新认知与评估其城市文化资源,构建城市定位。途径是,通过世界佛教圣城、中华文化读本之城、牡丹花都的文化产业开发战略,以实现城市的文化复兴,并推动城市可持续增长和健康发展。
As a famous Ancient Capital, Luoyang loses its positive and classic historical cultural image. Its city image also meets great obstacles. Luoyang city must re-understand and estimate its historical cultural resources, and reestablish its positioning. Herefore, Luoyang may develop world Buddhism holy city, Chinese Culture Reader city and Peony City and relative industries. Through these strategies, Luoyang may realize its cultural rejuvenation, its sustainable growth and sound development.
