Public-Service-Oriented E-government Application and Its Improvement

面向公共服务的电子政务,就是要求全过程、全方位向企业和公众提供规范、透明的服务。打造面向公共服务的电子政务,是中西方政府的必然选择。针对我国政府当前的电子政务发展中的问题,提出了进一步提升电子政务应用能力的措施。

Public-service-oriented e-government can provide the enterprises and public with full-process, overall-direction, standard and transparent service. The construction of public-service-oriented e-government is the necessary choice of the govern- ment of China and western countries. According to the problems in current e-government development of China, the measures for further improving application capacity of e-government are given.
