摘要
论述了基于C8051F060单片机的在线pH检测记录仪的设计方案,并详细介绍了其软硬件设计。该在线pH值检测记录仪可实时监测被测对象的pH值,自动对测量数据进行存储并可通过4～20mA标准电流和Profibus-DP通信网络对数据进行远传。该设计方案可广泛适用于pH值的在线监测,并且为今后单一仪表向仪表网络实施监控系统发展打下良好的基础。
A design of the Online pH monitoring recorder based on the C8051F060 microcontroller has been now presented. Online pH monitoring recorder could be used to measure water＇ s pH value in real time. It can also store data automatieally and transmit it remotely with 4- 20mA＇ s standard current and Profibus - DP network. This analyzer could be widely applied in online measurement of water＇ s pH value, and will contribute the transformation from single instrument to multi -meters controlling system in the future.
