从法律意识的形成和发展探讨法律社会化的内在机制。以发生认识论为理论基础,构建了法律意识的形成与发生认识论存在认知同构和形成机制一致性,指出法律社会化是个体经历对法律的同化和顺应达到平衡的一种状态,是主客体相互作用的结果,为促进法律社会化提供可供参考的途径。
