摘要
为加速推进战略投送能力支撑性院校建设与发展，从战略投送能力的作用阐述了转型的意义，从战略投送能力的要素研讨了转型的定位，从战略投送能力的构成提出了转型发展应努力做好的5个方面的准备工作。
In order to push forward the strategic projecting capability in supporting academies construction and develop- ment, this paper expounds the transformation meaning from the function of strategic projecting capability, studies the trans- formation location from the elements of strategic projecting capability, puts forward 5 aspects which should prepare in trans- formation development.
