年初，李源潮部长撰文指出，开放的中国机遇无限，发展的中国希望无限。现在世界上不仅有一个西方的美国梦，也有一个东方的中国梦。中国现代化建设事业的蓬勃发展，不仅为各类人才施展才华提供了前所未有的发展机遇，而且提供了越来越好的科研条件和事业平台。正如百度公司董事长李彦宏所说：“对于全球顶尖技术人才来说，中国将是他们实现技术改变世界梦想的一个最佳舞台。”

The modernization of China provides opportunities for talented people both abroad and at home to achieve their goals and realize their dreams.
