Research on measuring the overall size of workpiece on production line

采用图像分析法对加工流水线上传送的工件实施非接触检测. 它包括流水线传送件轮廓图像的获取、采用的数字图像格式、传送件几何要素的判别与分析处理技术及有关的实验测试结果等.

Measnting the overall size of workpiece on production line with digital inage processing method is discussed, which is carried out with non-contact device and under automatic judgement. The discussion is made on the constitution of equipments used for acquiring the on-line workpiece's overall image and on the judging and processing technique for the workpiece's overall image. Some measurement results of the experiments concerned are presented.
