摘要
运用结构方程模型探寻大学生自我认同、组织认同和自尊的关系。结果发现:大学生自我认同对班级认同、学校认同和自尊具有直接而显著的预测作用,因此,可通过增强大学生的自我认同感来提升其对班级、学校的认同程度以及自尊水平。
College student's self-identity, organizational identification and self-esteem were studied by using structural equation model. The results showed that student's self-identity had direct and remarkable predictive effects on college identification and self- esteem. Therefore, the paper proposed that the recognition of the class, school and self-esteemth could be enhanced through the enhancement of self-identity of the college student.
