摘要
目的:了解山西省长治市中学生焦虑及抑郁情绪现状。方法:采用横断面抽样调查,选取长治市区初中及高中学生共2 363人,采用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表等进行问卷调查,分析其存在的情绪问题。结果:当地中学生情绪问题明显,焦虑、抑郁情绪筛查阳性率分别为32.7%、23.1%,焦虑抑郁情绪共存率为13.1%。高中生情绪问题的发生率高于初中生,高中生焦虑、抑郁情绪筛查阳性率分别为42.0%、25.5%,初中生筛查阳性率分别为26.5%、21.4%,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。女生情绪问题发生率高于男生,女生焦虑、抑郁筛查阳性率分别为39.1%、23.6%,男生分别为25.5%、22.5%,其中焦虑情绪阳性率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中学生的情绪问题发生率较高,应该受到家长、老师及教育部门的高度重视,加强心理健康教育。
Objective:To explore the status quo of anxiety and depression emotional disorders of middle school students in Changzhi city. Methods:Questionnaires survey were conducted among 2 363 students of junior and senior high school to analyse the emotional problems of them. Study tools include:SCARED, DSRSC and so on. Results: The local middle school students emotional problems is obvious. The anxiety, depression positive rate were 32.7 %, 23.1% respectively, and the rate of comorbidity of anxiety and depression was 13.1%. The students in senior high school had more emotional problems than those in junior high school. Senior high school students anxiety, depression screening positive rates were 42 %, 25.5 %, junior high school students screening positive rates were 26.5%, 21.4%, there was significant difference between them ( P〈0.05). In addition, female students had more emotional problems than male students. Female students anxiety, depression screening positive rates were 39.1%, 23.6% ,and those of male students were 25.5%, 22.5% respectively, in which the positive mood of anxiety rate had significant difference( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The emotional problems of high school students were obvious, which should be paid more attention by parents, teachers, and education section. They all strengthen the education of mental health.
