摘要 装配过程中装配体稳定性是实现自动装配所必须考虑的问题。本文从约束力、力矩平衡的角度讨论了无摩擦状态下装配体的稳定性 ,并详细分析了零件间接触力的各种状态 ,最终将该问题转化为常规的线形求解问题 ,简化了问题的复杂度 。 The stability analysis of assembly is the necessary problem during automatic assembly. This paper discusses assembly stability without friction from the viewpoint of the balance of contact forces and torques, then convert this problem into the general linear resolve problem. This solution simplifies the complexity of stability problem, and proposes a properly solution to assembly stability.
