摘要
目的:提高 FMS设备故障诊断和排除的速度,加快维修需求的响应能力以及降低停机维修的费用,提高全球规范服务能力。方法:将 FMS设备和监测计算机与 Internet相连,利用 LabVIEW进行数据传输和分析,用 VRML虚拟现实技术进行图象传输。结果:提出了基于 Internet的 FMS远程故障诊断系统的总体框架及具体的信号采集和传输方法,建立了远程故障诊断专家系统,实现远程数据和图象传输,可以对异地设备进行监测和诊断。
Aim:To increase the speed of fault diagnosis and removal of FMS equipment,improve the response ability to maintenance requirement,reduce the maintenance rate and enhance the global standard ability. Method:Connect FMS equipment and monitoring computer with Internet,implement data transfer and analysis with LabVIEW and image transfer with VRML(virtual reality modeling language)Result:The general framework of FMS remote diagnosis system based on Internet and the specific method of signal detection and transfer are put forward and a fault diagnosis expert system built.Conclusion:The remote data and image transfer can be implemented and the diagnosis and monitoring of equipment in different places can be performed.
