住宅建筑设计对绿色施工的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Residential Building Design on Green Construction

结合工程实例,综合分析住宅建筑设计对绿色施工的影响。采用层次分析方法计算住宅建筑设计与绿色施工关联体系中工程质量、工期、成本和环境影响等因素的权重,并根据关联度大小找出主要影响因素。通过计算分析得出了排在前五位的影响因素,这些因素是在住宅建筑设计中值得重点关注的涉及绿色施工的技术控制重点。

Combined with project practices,the effects of residential design on green construction are studied.The weight of quality,schedule,cost and environmental impact technology correlation points in associated technique system of residential design and green construction are analyzed by using analytic hierarchy process,and the key impact points are proposed by correlation degree size.The top five impact factors are the key control points of green construction in residential design.
