摘要
在左右螺旋线交叉的螺旋换向机构中采用双旋转销交替承载 ,交替过“沟”及浮动销升距补偿方案 ,把该机构中的滑动摩擦传动转变为滚动摩擦传动 ,提高了该机构的效率、速度和寿命 ,扩大了该机构的使用范围。
The traditional screw and nut transmission mechanism consists of a double screw and a special nut that is confined in circumference.It changes the revolution movement into reciprocating movement.In order to pass the rut at the point of intersection on the screw,the sliding block must be used and its length must be wider than that of rut.So the efficiency of the mechanism is very low,because of sliding friction.The new designed rolling screw and rut transmission mechanism uses two turning pins and a compensation part to replace the sliding block.It changes the sliding friction into rolling friction.So this kind of mechanism has high efficiency and long life and broad application prospects.
