摘要
采用形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应为动力 ,设计研究成功了一种微小型能动式微夹钳 ,阐述了这种微夹钳的动作原理、结构及驱动与控制电路的设计思想 ,汇总了设计研制过程中所作的试验及测试数据 。
A kind of microgripper which uses the SME of SMA as motivity has been successfully developed by the writer.The design idea of its motion theory、structure、drive and control circuit is analyzed in this article.This article also summarizes the data of experiments and test that was obtained in the course of research and design.At the same time,it provides bases for the successful development of the microgripper.
