以应用能力为导向的环境工程专业英语教学改革探索

分析了目前环境工程专业英语教学过程中存在的主要问题。结合教学实践,以提高学生专业英语应用能力为目的,提出了合理选用教材、改革和丰富教学内容、采用互动式教学、培养学生自主学习能力等教学改革的具体措施。这一研究对环境工程专业英语的教学改革和课程建设具有重要意义。

The major problems of English teaching for environmental engineering major are analyzed. Basing on teaching practice, several suggestions,such as choose suitable textbook,reform and improve teaching content,introduce interactive teaching method,and train self--governed learning ability of students are put forward to improve their application ability of special English. This study is meaningful for teaching revolution and course construction of special English.
