Home with Kids,a Chinese television sitcom,has been gaining great popularity among audience since 2004.The show has kept its high ratings by integrating the current hot issue of "reconstituted family" into the everlasting topic of family relations.This paper makes detailed analysis of its settings,characters and plots,aiming to find patterns the sitcom chose to represent the Chinese culture through its language use.
