师范院校应如何强化非师范专业人才培养特色

On How to Strengthen Non-Normal Professional Cultivation Features in Normal Universities

在非师范办学过程中,其人才培养目标、规格及课程体系和教学内容等既形成了一定特点,又存在明显不足。对师范院校来说,强化和凸显非师范专业人才培养模式特色的主要思路,一是发挥学校"红色资源"优势,着力培养红色旅游管理人才;二是发挥"小学教师教育"优势,着力培养兼有小学教师教育能力的非师范人才;三是发挥"爱国主义"的传统优势,着力打造"又红又专"的高素质人才。

In the process of non-normal teaching,the cultivation objectives,specifications,curriculum system and teaching content have formed a certain characteristics,but there exists obviously inadequate.For the normal universities,there are three aspects to enhance and highlight the characteristics of non-normal professional talent cultivation mode.First,it is to play the role of the advantages of the ＂red resources＂ of the mother university and focus on cultivating management talent of red tourism.Second,it is to play the advantage of ＂primary school＇s teacher＇s education＂ and focus on cultivating non-normal talent who also has the capacity of primary school teacher＇s education.Third,it is to play the traditional advantage of ＂patriotism＂ and focus on cultivating high quality talent of ＂both red and expert＂.
