摘要
目的:探讨即时文字网络心理咨询的阶段特征。方法:选取4名在高校从事心理咨询工作的咨询师所做的即时文字网络咨询个案,运用定性研究方法,对咨询文本进行内容分析;用体验量表对来访者体验水平进行测量。结果:依据咨询工作内容、咨询关系及来访者体验水平,可将即时文字网络咨询过程划分为初始阶段、过渡阶段、工作阶段和结束阶段;过渡阶段对进入工作阶段至关重要;咨询关系的发展具有较明显的阶段特征;来访者的体验水平随着咨询进程的变化逐步上升,且来访者体验水平在不同咨询阶段中呈现出不同的变化。结论:即时文字网络咨询有较明显的阶段特征,咨询工作内容、咨询关系特点及来访者体验水平随阶段发展而变化。
Objective: To explore the stage characteristic of the instant text-based online counseling, the coun- seling relationship and the developed variation of clients'experience level. Methods: Four cases in instant text-based online counseling from 4 counselors who had more than 5 years counseling experience were selected. Then the counseling texts were analyzed by using qualitative research method and the level of clients'experience were meas- ured with the Experience Scale of Klein. Results: According to, the change of counseling duties, counseling relation- ship and clients'experience level, the process of the instant text-based online counseling could be divided into the in- itial stage, transitional stage, working stage and concluding stage. The transitional stage was essential for entry into working stage. There were obvious stages characteristic on the development of counseling relationship. The clients experience level wasrising gradually with the change of the counseling process, and showed different changes in ev- ery counseling stage. Conclusion: It presents obvious stages characteristic in the instant text-based online counse- ling. The counseling duties, counseling relationship and clients'experience level show changes with stage of develop- ment_
