摘要
总结了安溪茶产业的发展概况,并运用Hoover系数模型对2004—2011年安溪茶产业的聚集现象进行分析,认为安溪茶产业的聚集程度有下降的趋势;同时从制定专门的发展规划、发展壮大龙头企业、提高茶叶质量安全水平、推进生态茶园构建等方面提出提升安溪茶产业集聚水平的对策建议。
This paper summarized the development situation of Anxi tea industry, and the degree of Anxi tea indus- try cluster in the period of 2004--2011 was analyzed by using Hoover coefficients model. The results showed that the degree of Anxi tea industry cluster had a declining trend. In order to promote the development of the degree of Anxi tea industry cluster, this paper put forward the countermeasures which include enacting the special develop- ment planning, strengthening the strengths of the leading companies, improving tea safety and quality, and promo- ting the construction of ecological tea gardens.
