关口电能表在低负载情况下产生计量误差的分析

Analysis on measurement error of grid energy meter under low load condition

对关口电能表存在计量误差偏大甚至无法计量的问题进行了分析,提出了改进措施。供同类发电厂在提高关口电能表准确计量方面提供借鉴和参考。

The problem of metering error in real-load examination,which is too big to measure accurately,was investigated.The improvement measures were proposed,which can be used as reference for similar power plants to improve the measurement method of their grid energy meters.
