摘要
以上海奉贤燃机发电有限公司为例,分析了精简、高效、扁平化企业管理模式下人力资源管理的特点。结合"人员少,任务重"的实际情况,提出了优化、创新人力资源管理,实现人才与企业同步发展的管理思路,实施后取得了良好的效果。
Taking Shanghai Fengxian Gas Turbine Power Generation Company Limited as example,the features of human resource management under the simplified,high-effective and flat enterprise management mode were analyzed.Combining with the practical situation of 'heavy task for less staffs',a management thought of human resource management optimization and innovation and synchronous development of talent and enterprise was proposed.The management thought was implemented and good effect was obtained.
