摘要
本试验通过氮、磷、钾肥、微量元素肥料、光照、灌水、间作、植物生长调节剂及采收期等栽培因子对红干椒生长发育、辣椒素及辣椒红素含量的影响进行较为系统的研究,为红干椒生产提供理论依据,以供红干椒种植户参考。
This test conducts a systematic study of influences on the growth and development of the pepper and the content of capsaicin and capsorubin, which comes from the following cultivation factors including N,P,K fertilizer, trace element fertilizer, illumination, irrigation, intercropping, plant growth regulators and harvest time. It provides theoretical basis for production of red chilli, so as to supply references for red chilli croppers.
