摘要
进行班级建设,促进学生成长,需要打造一支高凝聚力的班级群体。研究群体凝聚力,可以有效地针对班级进行管理和建设,增强学生的向心力,使学生在高度团结融洽的班级氛围中得到全面健康的成长与发展。
In order to construct classes and promote student growth,we need to build a high cohesive class groups.The analysis of group cohesion is not only effective in classroom management and construction,but in increasing the centripetal force of the students as well.As a result,the students live in a highly-united harmonious class,and get fully healthy growth and development.
