摘要
沉降槽是氧化铝生产过程中的重要设备,可靠、合理的结构对设备的安全使用是基本的要求。但是由于结构的复杂性,常规方法的计算很难完成其结构的强度和刚度的分析和校核。本文在对某厂深锥沉降槽槽体结构进行合理简化的基础上,建立了由直筒段、锥体及支撑结构组成的几何模型,对其结构离散化,利用通用有限元计算软件AN-SYS,对其进行结构刚度、强度的分析计算,根据分析计算结果提出对结构改进的措施和建议。
The setter is very important equipment in alumina refineries. The reliable and reasonable stracture is the basic requirement for safety operation. Because of the complicated structure, it is very difficult to calculate the intensity and stiffness by normal methods. Based on reasonable simplification of the deep - cone settler structure in one alumina refinery, the geometric model consisting of straight section, cone section and support is found. Through analyzing and calculation of intensity and stiffness of the structure by the universal soft ANSYS,improving measures of the structure are proposed based on the results of finite element calculation.
