摘要
根据阳极焙烧炉使用的实际情况,结合现有的焙烧曲线,充分利用焙烧曲线不同阶段的升温速率,对采用无线传输数据的燃烧控制系统、运转在3年以上的焙烧炉,通过运转炉室的变化,解决挥发分燃烧严重滞后、火道升温速率过慢等问题,提高焙烧工序整体生产效率。
Based on the actual conditions of the anode baking furnace,combining with existing baking curve, different temperature rising speed in different stages of baking curve are adequately utilized, some problems are solved such as severity combustion lag of volatiles and slow temperature rising of flue to improve the production efficiency of baking process.
