摘要
本研究将大庆13种藻种干粉进行油脂提取和含量测定,再将所测得的油脂含量最高的藻粉按照索氏抽提法进行油脂大量提取,并进行气相一质谱联用定性分析,确定其油脂中脂肪酸的组成。结果表明,编号HY-2藻种油脂含量(38.9%)最高,其脂肪酸组成为C12:0、C13:0、C15:0、C15:1、C16:0、C16:1、C17:0、C17:1、C18:2、C18:3、C20:5、C22:6、C22:2和C23:0。
13 kinds of algae powder in Daqing were extracted and the content is determined. After soxhlet extraction, the com- position of fatty acid from alga powder with the maximum content was studied by GC - MS. Results showed that the oil content of HY - 2 (38.9 % ) was the highest. The compositions of fatty acid were C 12: 0, C13:0, C 15: 0, C 15:1, C 16: 0, C16:1, C17:0, C 17:1, C18:2 ,C18:3 ,C20:5 ,C22:6 ,C22:2 and' C23:0.
