综合干预对脑卒中后轻度认知障碍及综合功能的影响

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Herbal Medicine and Cognitive Training on Mild Cognitive Impairment in Patients with Post-stroke

目的:探讨针药结合认知训练干预脑卒中后轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)对患者综合功能的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将90例符合标准的患者随机分为针刺组、中药组和针药组,每组各30例。所有患者均在认知训练的基础上,针刺组给予针刺治疗,中药组给予口服中药治疗,针药组给予针刺和口服中药治疗,疗程30天。治疗前后分别用改良长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)和功能综合评定量表(FCA)对患者进行评定。结果:治疗后3组HDS量表评分、FCA量表评分均有明显提高(均P<0.01),且针药组优于针刺组和中药组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而针刺组和中药组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺和中药均能改善患者的认知功能,提高患者综合功能,针药合用效果显著,有协同增效作用。

Objective：To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with herbal medicine and cognitive training on comprehensive functions in patients with mild post-stroke cognitive impairment.Methods：Ninety cases were randomly divided into three groups： group A was treated by acupuncture,group B was treated by herbal medicine,group C was treated by acupuncture and herbal medicine,30 cases in each group.The basic treatment of cognitive training was applied in three groups.The group A was treated with acupuncture.In group B,herbal medicine was taken orally.The group C was treated with acupuncture and oral administration of herbal medicine.The treatment lasted for 30 days.the scores of Hasegawa dementia scale（HDS）and functional comprehensive assessment（FCA）were observed before and after treatment in three groups.Results：The scores of HDS and FCA after treatment were apparently improved as compared with those before treatment in three groups（all P0.01）.The improvements in group C were superior to those in group A and group B（P0.05 or P0.01）.The data showed no significant difference between group A and groupB（P0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture and herbal medicine can improve the patient＇s cognitive function and comprehensive functions.The treatment of acupuncture combined with herbal medicine and cognitive training has a significant effect.
