针刺配合天麻钩藤饮治疗偏头痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Migraine Treated with Acupuncture Combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction

目的:临床观察针刺结合天麻钩藤饮加味治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛的疗效。方法:将门诊及病房患者(60例)随机分成两组,对照组(30例)口服天麻钩藤饮加味,治疗组(30例)用药同对照组并配合针刺治疗,两疗程后判定疗效。结果:治疗组基本恢复(11例),显效(15例),好转(3例),无效(1例);对照组基本恢复(4例),显效(7例),好转(14例),无效(5例);治疗组的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合天麻钩藤饮加味治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛临床疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with tianma gouteng decoction therapy on migraine with hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods：Sixty patients with migraine with hyperactivity of liver-yang were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral administration of tianma gouteng decoction.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and oral administration of tianma gouteng decoction.Clinical effect was evaluated after two treatment courses.Results：The total effective rate in the control group and the treatment group were 83.33% and 96.67%,and there was a significant difference between groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with tianma gouteng decoction is a significant therapeutic effect on migraine with hyperactivity of liver yang.
