关口电能计量装置投运前存在的问题及改进建议

为规范关口计量装置投运前管理工作,针对关口电能计量装置设计选型和安装及竣工验收存在的无法独立计量上网电量,计量接线方式不规范,电能表计量功能单一,标定电流准确度选择不规范,电能互感器计量变比大等问题进行分析,提出在计量装置投运前把好审查关和设计关,将关口计量点设在产权分界处发电机出口升压变的高压侧,配置高准确度、计量性能优越的多功能电能表,选择高动热稳定的电流互感器,同时把好关口电能计量装置安装、调试及竣工后的验收工作等建议,供从事关口电能计量装置管理及工作人员参考。

In order to regulate the management of the metering device before operation,for the issures of gateway electrical energy metering device design selection and installation,that it is unable to independently metering electricity volume,wiring method of metering devices are not standard,electric energy meter calibration function is single,current accuracy of selection is not standard,power transformer metering ratio is big,put forward to metering device before operation,installing the gateway measurement point in property division of generator outlet transformer high voltage measurement,deploying multi-function watt-hour meter,selecting high dynamic and thermal stability of the current transformer,as well as paying attention to gateway electrical energy metering device installation,commissioning and acceptance after completion,for the reference to staff who work for electric energy metering device management.
