摘要
在变压器运行过程中,温度计跳闸回路动作接点故障或接线错误都会导致变压器跳闸事故。通过对内蒙古包头供电局220 kV福永变电站3号主变压器跳闸事故的分析,针对其温度计跳闸回路动作接点故障,提出测量动作接点每根接线的对地电压的方法来查看动作接点是否存在故障,进而消除事故隐患,同时指出使用该方法也可防止温度计跳闸回路接线错误。使用该方法对包头供电局所属220 kV及以上电压等级的16座变电站进行了隐患排查,取得了良好的效果,保证了电力系统变压器安全稳定运行。
The cause of transformer tripping accidents in running process is the thermometer trip circuit contact failure or wiring errors.This paper is dedicated to analyzing the cause of tripping accident about the third main transformer of 220 kV Fuyong substation of Inner Mongolia Baotou Power Supply Bureau,and proposing the method which is based on measuring the action contact each wiring's to-ground voltage to checking the action contacts,which is conducive to eliminating potential accidents and preventing the thermometer tripping circuit wiring error.The hidden investigation of 16 substations which is 220 kV or above this voltage level in Inner Mongolia Baotou Power Supply Bureau achieved good results by using this method,which ensured the operation of the power system's transformers safe and stable.
