由乙酰二茂铁和谷氨酸合成乙酰二茂铁谷氨酸Schiff碱,优化了反应条件。实验结果表明,当原料物质的量比为1∶1.5、反应温度为50℃、反应时间为7h、pH值为7～8时,产品收率最高。

To synthesize acetyl ferrocene glutamic acid Schiff base from acetyl ferrocene and glutamic acid.To optimize the reaction conditions.The experimental results showed that when the molar ratio of raw materials was 1∶1.5,the reaction temperature was 50 ℃,the reaction time was 7 h,pH value was 7~8,the yield of product was the highest.
