摘要
基于数字信号处理器(DSP)与现场可编程门阵列(FPGA),提出了一种适合光伏并网系统的新型控制方法,并设计了相应的控制器。DSP负责电压外环控制以及最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)控制;FPGA负责带电压前馈的电流内环控制和正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)驱动算法;DSP与FPGA之间通过串行外设接口SPI总线通讯。该控制结构不仅高度模块化、稳定可靠,而且实现了三相电流独立控制。最后进行了仿真验证,并实际应用在某500 kW光伏并网逆变器中,仿真和现场试验结果表明,并网运行性能良好。
A new control method is proposed suitablely for photovohaic grid-connected system based on digital signal processor(DSP) and filed programmable gate array (FPGA) and the eorresponding controller are designed.DSP is responsible for the voltage loop control and maximum power point tracking(MPPT) eontrol.FPGA is responsible for inner current control with voltage feed-forward and sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM) driven algorithm.DSP communicates with FPGA through the SPI bus.The design of the control structure is modular,stable and reliable,and achieves the independent control of three-phase current.Finally, it is proved by simulation, and is actually applied into a 500 kW photovoltaic grid-connected inverter.The results show that the grid-connected operating performance is good.
