摘要
针对传统数字PI控制存在电压超调量与响应时间相矛盾的问题,引入了滑模变结构控制(SMC),并且对该控制算法进行了推导。此外,应用了一种新的移相PWM波生成方法,从而使控制更为简单实用。最后在一台20 kW的气象雷达弧焊电源上采用SMC和PI控制分别进行实验,通过对比实验结果可知SMC的有效性。
In order to overcome the contradictory between the voltage overshoot and the response time of the traditional PI control,sliding mode eontrol(SMC) is introduced.Then the control algorithm is deduced theoretically,in addition, a new phase-shifted PWM wave generation method is applied which makes the control more practical and simple. Finally, a 20 kW arc welding inverter power source for weather radar is developed on which the experimental results verify SMC algorithm through the experimental contrast between SMC and PI control.
