摘要
通过单矿物浮选试验方法研究了3种季铵盐捕收剂和十二胺阳离子捕收剂对白云母、金云母和锂云母浮选行为的影响。利用亲水-疏水平衡值(HLB)分析比较了不同捕收剂的性能。采用二相泡沫试验方法比较了不同捕收剂的浮选泡沫稳定性。研究表明,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵(1431)可以作为浮选锂云母和金云母的有效捕收剂,并可降低浮选泡沫黏度。
The influence of three quatemary ammonium salt and lauryl amine cation collectors on the flotation behavior of muscovite, phlogopite and lepidolite were studied by means of microflotation tests for liberated mineral particles. Flotation property of different collectors were compared by means of hydrophile-hydrophobic balance number HLB. Flotation froth stability of different collectors were compared by means of two-phase froth tests. The results show that the tetradecyltrimethylammonium chloride(1431), one of quatemary ammonium salt collectors, can be used as a effective flotation collectors of phlogopite and lepidolite, and the viscosity of flotation froth can be reduced.
