摘要
以天然沸石为原料,采用模板剂—水热合成法制备沸石分子筛。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、氮气吸附/脱附试验对产物进行了表征,研究了有机模板剂对沸石分子筛粒度、形貌的影响。结果表明,模板剂对沸石分子筛结构参数影响较大,以正丁胺为模板剂制备出了结构参数较好的沸石分子筛。对正丁胺模板剂的作用机理进行了初步研究。
Molecular sieve was prepared using natural zeolite as raw material by templating reagent-hydrothermal synthesis. The results were characterized by XRD, SEM and nitrogen adsorption/de-commanded test, and the influence of the organic templating reagent on zeolite molecular sieve granularity and morphology were studied. The results showed that the organic templating reagents had great influence on the structure parameter of zeolite molecular sieve, using butylamine as templating agent, the structure parameter of zeolite molecular sieve was better. The reaction mechanism of butylamine templating reagent was researched.
