摘要
通过煅烧、盐浸对凹凸棒黏土进行适当改性处理后,其处理废水的能力明显提高。研究了吸附剂用量、煅烧时间、处理时间等因素对磷吸附率的影响,结果表明,在化学镀镍废水中(磷质量浓度为50 mg/L)加入8%经饱和食盐水改性(360℃灼烧60min)的凹凸棒土吸附剂,在室温下搅拌90min,过滤后废水残余磷含量基本达到国家排放标准。
Attapulgite was modified by calcine and salt soak, of which processing wastewater ability had distinct enhancement. The adsorbent dosage, calcination time and processing time affecting the P removle were studied. The results showed that in the nickel electroless plating wastewater (P concentration of 50 mg/L)joined by 8% saturated salt water modification (360 ℃ calcination 60 min) attapulgite adsorbent, stirred at room temperature for 90 min, after filtering, the residual phosphorus content in wastewater basically reached the national emission standard.
