The significance of management innovation, its application in Chinese enterprises and the key role in enhancing the core competitiveness and cohesion of the organization are briefly introduced in this paper. Simultaneously, the information-based application constructed and perfected by the representative key crucial enterprise SINOTRUK based on 3G under the leadership of management innovation is described in great detail, the key role of the management innovation is thus proved.
