This paper comprehensively analyzes the fire characteristics of communications room and the limitations of the current widespread fire smoke detectors, introduces the characteristics of air sampling type of early smoke detection alarm system and its adaptability in the communications industry, and recommends to speed up the upgrade of fire alarm system in communications room and popularize the air sampling type of early smoke detection alarm system.
