Design and Implementation of Office Automation System in COSTAR Group Based on SSH Framework

针对河南中光学集团综合办公自动化系统提出打破时间和空间限制,让办公和交流变得随时、随地,将人的主观能动作用发挥到极限,提高协调的工作效率,降低企业生产成本的要求。以Struts、Spring和Hibernate开源框架组合作为实现办公自动化系统的技术方案,设计并实现了系统开发框架的搭建、权限管理模型、公文流转模块和机构管理模块,投入使用达到预期效果。

For integrated office automation system for COSTAR Group, this paper proposed to break the time and space limitations, so that office and exchange can be done at anytime and in anywhere, and the subjective dynamic role can be played to the limit, the coordination of work efficiency is improved, production cost requirements are reduced. Taking the combination of open source frameworks as Struts, Spring and Hibernate technology solutions as the technique program to achieve office automation system, this paper designed system development framework, rights management model, document flow module and institutional management module and put them to in practice and had achieved the desired effect.
