摘要
素质教育已经成为新时期高等教育中最为核心的理念之一,普通高校的学校体育教学也必须围绕这一理念实施和展开。为此,笔者对普通高校的大学生进行了为期15周野外生存训练的实验性教学,通过实验分析大学综合素质的变化,实验表明:大学生人际关系、抑郁因子改善效果非常显著,强迫、焦虑心理因子的改善效果比较显著,大学生参加野外生存训练能有效改善大学生的多种压力,提高大学生整体健康水平。
Quality education has become the core concept of the higher education, and the implementation and deployment of sports teaching in colleges and universities must also be around this principle. Therefore, the author conducted the experimental teaching of 15 weeks of field survival training to college students, and analyzed the changes of comprehensive quality of university through the experimental analysis. Experimental results showed that: the improvement effect of college students' interpersonal relationship and depression factor was very significant, the improvement effect of compulsion and anxiety psychological factor is significant, so field survival training to college students can effectively imorove college students' pressure and health level.
