摘要
高校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,是为教学和科研提供服务的学术性机构。图书馆向读者传递科学文化知识和各类信息都需要通过流通部门与读者进行沟通,流通部门是读者与图书馆之间沟通的桥梁。本文以清华大学图书馆为例,用SWOT法分析了图书馆流通服务工作的现状并提出相应的优化措施。
Library is the academic institution and information center of the university to provide services for teaching and research. University library passes all kinds of information and knowledge to the readers through the circulation department. Circulation department is regarded as the bridge of communication between readers and library. This paper takes the Tsinghua University Library as an example to state the present situation of the circulation services by SWOT analysis and provides some optimization measures.
