2010-2011年天津地区医院业务收入影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Hospital Business Income in Tianjin Region during 2010-2011

目的:研究医院业务收入的影响因素。方法:对2010-2011年天津地区医院门诊、住院收入变动建立因素指数体系,应用多因素分析法分析医院业务收入。结果:2011年较2010年,天津地区业务收入大幅增长,由门诊人次、日均费用和出院人次增加所致。结论:天津综合医疗服务体系构建较好,有效控制药费,但应进一步缩短平均住院日。

Objective： To study the impact factors of hospital income. Method： To establish factor index system for hospital outpatient service, hospitalization income change in Tianijn during 2010-2011, and analyze hospital business income with multiple factors analysis. Results： compared to 2010, in 2011, the business income of the Tianjin areas showed significant growth caused by outpatient visits, the average daily cost and discharges increase. Conclusion： The construction of comprehensive medical service system in tianjin is better, which effectively control the expenses for medicine, but we should further shorten the average length of stay.
