黄芪注射液治疗妊娠期病毒性心肌炎的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of the pregnancy with viral myocarditis treated by astragalus

目的:评价黃芪注射液治疗妊娠期病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法:将47例妊娠合并病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予抗病毒心肌炎常规治疗,治疗组加用黃芪注射液40 g/d,疗程14 d。结果:黄芪注射液治疗组的有效性及在改善心肌酶谱方面与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在改善心律失常、以及新生儿预后方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液治疗妊娠期病毒性心肌炎安全、有效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the pregnancy with viral myocarditis treated by astragalus.Method 47 cases of pregnancy with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group and the control group.Two groups were all treated with anti-virus treatment.The treatment group added astragalus（40 g/d）,used 14 days.Results The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly different from the control group.There were no significantly differences in the amelioration of arrhythmia between the two groups.Conclusion Astragalus is effective in the treatment of pregnancy with viral myocarditis.
