摘要
目的:探索对护生进行急救护理软技能培训的方法,提高其急救能力、综合素质和就业竞争力。方法:在2009级三年制护理大专生中抽取1班56名学生为试验组,2班51名学生为对照组,试验组在急救护理实践教学中采用护理软技能培训方法,对照组采用传统教学法。进入实习医院后比较两组的理论知识、操作技能及患者对护生的满意度、临床老师对护生的评价。结果:两组护生进入实习医院后理论、操作成绩及患者对护生的满意度和临床老师对护生的评价比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:通过对护生进行护理软技能培训,可以有效地提高护生的综合素质;增强学生自主学习能力,为终身学习奠定基础;提高患者对护生的满意度和护生的就业竞争力。
Objective To explore the soft skills training for emergency care,which improves nursing students′ aid capability,the overall quality and employment competency.Method 56 students in class 1,grade 2009 were selected to the test group and 51 students in class 2 were the control group.In emergency care practice teaching,the test group received nursing soft skills training.And the control group received traditional teaching methods.Theoretical knowledge,skills,patient satisfaction,and evaluation of clinical teachers of nursing students were compared between the two groups after they entered the teaching hospital.Results There were significant differences between these two groups(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion The nursing soft skills training can effectively improve the overall quality of nursing students,enhance their learning ability that lay the foundation for lifelong study,and improve patient satisfaction of nursing students and their employability.
