摘要 为了给烟草重金属污染的预测、评价及防控提供参考,采用盆栽试验研究了不同铬浓度胁迫对烤烟生长的影响。结果表明,随着铬浓度的升高,烤烟的根系活力、叶绿素含量、叶片保护性酶活性呈下降趋势,而根叶细胞膜透性及叶片MDA含量逐渐增加。说明,当土壤中Cr3+含量超过一定浓度时对烤烟产生可造成严重的毒害作用。 The present study was conducted to study the effect of different Chromium (Cr) concentration on physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco by pot experiment. The result showed that root activity,chlorophyll content and protective enzyme activity were downtrend, while the cell membrane permeability, activity of tobacco roots and the malondialdehyde(MDA) content were increased with the increase of Cr concentration. It was determined that the growth and development were impaired significantly when the Cr concentration in soil was over a criti- cal concentration.
