Preliminary Research on Changlu Salt Mudflat Contract——An Analysis of Changlu Contract Documents(Ⅰ)

长芦滩契从多方面记载了长芦盐业的历史发展,是不可多得的长芦历史见证,是研究长芦盐业史等诸多领域的重要资料。本文根据长芦档案滩契资料,对长芦滩契界说,长芦滩地获取、拥有的途径,灶户滩地所有权的转移,长芦滩契与内地地契的异同,最早与交易额最大的滩契等问题,进行了初步探讨。

Changlu salt mudflat contracts recorded the historical development of its salt industry from different perspectives. They are rare historical witness to Changlu and the important files for the research of Changlu salt industry history and other researches. Based on these mudflat contracts, this paper does a preliminary study on the definition of Changlu salt mudflat contract, approaches to purchase mudflat, transfer of stove ownership, the differences between Changlu salt mudflat contract and that of the inland, and the earliest and largest transaction.
